These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Phone Touch Test — Screen application ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Phone Touch Test is an iOS application that diagnoses iPhone touchscreen behavior. It includes seven individual tests — Quick Test, Dead-Zone Grid, Ghost-Touch Monitor, Multi-Touch, Edge Sensitivity, Haptic Touch, and Palm Rejection — plus a Full Diagnostic that runs every test in sequence for one overall verdict. Results can be exported as a PDF report. All diagnostics run on your device.

2. Important Limitations

Phone Touch Test is a diagnostic aid, not a certified hardware inspection or repair service. You understand and agree that:

• Results indicate likely touchscreen behavior at the time of the test. A passing result does not guarantee the absence of a hardware fault, and a failing result is not a definitive diagnosis.
• The Ghost-Touch Monitor counts touch events detected while the phone is meant to be idle. Accidental contact, a bump, a case, a screen protector, water, or other environmental factors can register as touches and affect the count.
• Touch behavior can be affected by iOS settings (such as accessibility features), screen protectors, cases, temperature, and charging state. For accurate results, follow the in-app instructions.
• The App is not a substitute for an official Apple or AppleCare hardware diagnostic. For warranty, repair, or purchase decisions, consult Apple or a qualified technician.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and only on devices you own or are authorized to test. You agree not to:

• Misrepresent a generated report as an official Apple, AppleCare, or manufacturer certification
• Use a report to deceive a buyer or seller about a device's true condition
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract components of the App
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or free-tier limitations
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: No charge. 3 Quick Tests per day, a Dead-Zone Grid demo, a 30-second Ghost-Touch Monitor, unlimited Multi-Touch, and your most recent session saved — with banner and interstitial advertising.
• Pro Weekly: $2.99/week. Unlocks all seven tests and the Full Diagnostic with unlimited runs, longer ghost-touch windows (60s and 120s), unlimited history with before/after comparison, PDF report export, and zero ads.
• Pro Annual: $19.99/year (save 87% vs. weekly). Same Pro feature set. No free trial.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers retain their original price for the remainder of the active term.

5. User Content

Test sessions, captured touch data, and history are stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to your data and any reports you export. We do not access, collect, or store your test data on any server.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and packaged content, is owned by Bulpara Inc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS WILL ACCURATELY REFLECT THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OF ANY DEVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Purchase, sale, warranty, or repair decisions made based on a test result or exported report
• The accuracy or completeness of any diagnostic verdict
• Subscription-related charges that fall under Apple's billing policy

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, including any reports you generate and distribute.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
